How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

You have requested information about the services I provide

You have subscribed to my website

You have booked online or face-to-face training

You have ordered a product from my online shop
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with information about my services, send links to online training, plan eating arrangements for face-to-face training, post products to you.
We may share this information with other tutors who work with us, with your consent.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is:

How we store your personal information
Your information is stored in my Wix contacts database.
We keep contact information until you request that we delete it. We will then dispose your information by removing entries from contact database.
We keep emergency contact numbers until a face-to-face workshop has completed. We will then dispose of the information by deleting the entry from our database.
We keep dietary/allergen information until a face-to-face workshop has completed. We will then dispose of the information by deleting the entry from our database.
We keep photographs and video recordings from training stored in OneDrive and then archived to an offline disk once per year. If requested these are deleted from the relevant drive.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
